Objectives
"Fanning the Flame" is not a program, but a commitment to continually seek to be a more healthy biblical church. It's not a program that is engaged in for a season. It's a lifelong journey.
God's Word calls us to be failthful, constant and obedient.
The 14 months of "Fanning the Flame" is a training designed to equipt our members to continually seek after authentic biblical church health long after the "Fanning the Flame" experience has been completed.

- The assistance in Implementation through monthly accountability sessions designed to keep everyone focused on those strategies that will fulfill the vision.

The Process
- PHASE ONE: The important work required to help your congregation Connect With The Past is done. The Fanning of the Flame organization will then humbly assess the current situation and explore the issue of Repentance. Finally, the leadership will aided in clarifying the congregation's Vision and Values.
- PHASE TWO: During challenging, uplifting and focused 3-day retreat, the leadership team develop those strategies that will help build true effectiveness in the consistent implementation of the Ten Strategies of Biblical Church Health.
- PHASE THREE: Regular monthly exercises over a period of 12 months, designed to help implement the Ten Strategies of Biblical Church Health. Regular meetings with the Fanning the Flame menor to review objectives, action plans and key issues that surface as a result of implementation efforts that can threaten the success of the move to ne vitality.
